• About Celebration of Life Funeral Ceremonies

History: Our small business "Celebration of Life Funeral Ceremonies" was founded in 2003 as a way of helping bereaved people with NO religious outlook to say goodbye to their loved one, who, maybe themselves didn't believe, without having to have a religious service. It was also becoming clear that some ministers would, at the very worst, refuse to carry out a service if your loved one didn't attend church or was not a believer and certainly wouldn't conduct a non-religious ceremony. Strangely, although many people opt for an "Alternative" ceremony, such as ours, invariably, we are asked to include a hymn and or prayer. We have no problem with this as it helps personalise the experience.
